My journey began with a passion for nursing, which led me to earn my degree and embark on a new chapter in Cagayan de Oro City. Initially, I planned to work as a call center agent for just a year, but life had other plans. As I was preparing to resign, the Covid-19 pandemic struck, and I found myself continuing in the BPO industry, taking calls and supporting customers during a challenging time.

After three years, a new opportunity came my way—a recommendation to work as a virtual assistant for a client in the US. This role was a blessing, providing much-needed financial support and allowing me to develop my skills. As I honed my abilities, my enthusiasm for learning grew, and my efforts were recognized and valued.

Recently, I was given the chance to delve into SEO, a field that excites me. I am eager to excel in this area to help my clients boost their businesses. While I may not consider myself the smartest, I believe that with hard work and a relentless desire to learn and relearn, I can make a significant impact and be a valuable asset to my client’s company.
